Our teachers

The professional group of teachers is the leading force in DTD.

In every kindergarten, we have placed one English teacher, one Chinese teacher, one teaching assistant, and one life teacher. Not only do they have rich teaching experience, but they also have a caring nature towards children. The teachers take up the responsibility for the kids and are patient in their ways, and play a part in guiding kids through their journey to explore the world.

Foreign teachers are all from English-speaking countries, most of them have graduated from prestigious European and American universities, and also have the globally certified TEFL qualification.

Chinese teachers have a great understanding of Western and Chinese teaching ways. Most of them have graduated from top universities and have majored in pre-school education programs. Many of them are returned talents after studying abroad and nearly half of them have a master’s degree or above.
